Originally
from New York City where he worked from an early
age in his family's Investment Banking firm, Steven
relocated to Australia in 1986. In 1989 Steven established
himself in the Melbourne financial community and
continued to fund transactions both in Australia
and the United States. Notably, he sold and funded
Japanese multinational Toa Corporations purchase
of 55 Wall Street, New York for $69.0M USD. While
placing business here in Australia he continues his
involvement in America in the field of Mergers and
Acquisitions and Project Finance. His last project
was the funding of the acquisition of the Community
Distributors chain of pharmacies for $80.0M USD.
In the finance broking business Riverside Capital
Group continues to place in excess of $250M of business
annually through its local funding partners, Institutional
and Private Client sources. Steven and the team at
Riverside Capital Group, demonstrate the maturity

Over the past 15 years they, independently and together,
have funded in excess of $1 billion in construction
facilities incorporating senior and junior funding
